"Does the resort offer an All Inclusive option"
Villa La Estancia does offer an All Inclusive option that is Alcohol Free. They call it "Full Board" for guests staying at the resort. Cost is $120/day/person, kids 4-12 half price. It includes dining options at the adjoining sister resorts Villa Del Palmar and Villa Del Arco .
Full Board Regulations
- Plan must be purchased for at least the last 3 days of the stay and includes the Villa Group restaurants listed herein.
- This is a food-only plan that also includes water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
- Alcoholic beverages are not included in this plan.
- A bracelet must be worn for the duration of the plan and removed by the Front Desk at the end of the plan.
- Each plan is limited to one individual and is not transferable.
- Everyone sharing the same room must purchase the plan.
- A 25% discount applies for menu items marked as “Premium” on restaurant menus.
- A 25% food discount applies for private Sunset Dinners on the Beach.
- A two-dollar delivery fee applies for Room Service.
- A 25% discount applies for In-Suite Private Chef Services
- Tax and service are included. If you wish to reward extraordinary service, please do so directly with the server.
- All restaurant checks require your signature. We will advise you when an extra charge applies. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Meals must be consumed in the restaurant where they are ordered and may not be packaged “to go”.
- Use of the plan begins with the meal period of your choice and ends with the meal period prior to the initial one.
- Guided kayak outings leave from Villa del Arco’s beach at 2pm and 3 pm daily, on a first come-first served basis.
- Guided paddle board outings leave from Villa del Arco’s beach at 10 am, 11 am and 12 pm daily, on a first come-first served basis.
- Kayaks and paddleboards may not be loaned for individual use due to official maritime restrictions imposed by the authorities.
- An additional charge may apply for Holidays or Special Events.
- A one-day penalty will apply for a lost bracelet.
- Alcoholic Beverages, Palmita Market products, Ice Cream Shop, Phone Calls, Spa, Childcare, Ground Transportation and Laundry are not included.
- No refunds may be made for unused days or early departures.
- Due to limited space and high demand, the use of the pools, beach and poolside lounge chairs at Villa Del Arco are strictly limited to registered Villa del Arco guests.
- Caps, pool or beach attire are not allowed for dinner at La Casona or Neptune Seafood restaurants. Dress shorts and dress sandals are acceptable for Gentlemen. Collared shirts are required for Gentlemen.
How do I get from the San Jose del Cabo (SJD) airport to the resort?"
For transportation to and from the airport, please click on Airport Transportation. We only offer safe, reliable and efficient private transportation that will take you directly from the airport to the resort, without unnecessary stops. We do not offer a "shuttle".
"How do I contact the resort directly?"
The resort doesn't have an 800 toll free number. You can call the front desk on their international number by dialling this number exactly as it appears: 011-52-624-145-6900. if you cannot reach this number directly by dialling it then you may not have an international calling plan on your phone or cell phone.
"Are you travel agents?"
We are owners at Estancia and operate the Independent Owners Rental Program at Estancia and it's sister resorts. When we can't be there, we want to share our luxury villas with guests like you who are looking for a memorable experience, great rates and personal service.
"May I use my credit card?"
Yes, you may. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card.
"Are passports required to visit Mexico?"
YES. U.S. citizens traveling to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda who have applied for but not yet received passports can nevertheless temporarily enter and depart from the United States by air with a government issued photo identification and Department of State official proof of application for a passport expired September 30, 2007. Official proof of a U.S. passport application is required and can be obtained at https://travel.state.gov/.
Married women also need to take either their marriage license or affidavit of same to verify their name change from the name shown on the birth certificate.
U.S. citizens boarding flights to Mexico should be prepared to present one of these documents as proof of U.S. citizenship, along with photo identification. Driver's permits, voter registration cards, affidavits and similar documents are not sufficient to prove citizenship for readmission into the United States.

"What are the regulations for children under 18 years old traveling to Mexico?"
IMPORTANT! If you are a single parent or will be traveling with your children but without your spouse, or you are under 18 years old traveling alone, special paperwork is required.
- If you are a single parent, or if your spouse will not be traveling with you and your children for whatever reason, you must get a notarized letter from the absent parent, giving consent for the child or children to be traveling with one parent absent.
- If you are a widow or widower, you will need to write a letter to explain this and get it and a copy of the death certificate notarized. Carry both of these documents with you when you travel.
- If you are estranged from your spouse, and you are the legal guardian of your child/children, you can take a copy of the court order (original only, no copies) with you, and this will suffice to get into Mexico.
- If you are under 18 years old and want to travel to Mexico without your parents, you will need to carry with you a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents.

"Is Internet access available at Villa La Estancia?"
Yes, suites have both wireless or wired internet. Additionally, there is an internet cafe and deli located on the property.
"Are there hairdryers in the Suites?"
In most cases. Check the amenities section of the particular unit you are interested in.
"Is the water at Villa La Estancia safe to drink?"
Yes. Villa La Estancia Cabo has its own de-salinization plant on-site. The purified tap water flows through the faucets in all the Suites.
"What's the electric current at Villa La Estancia?"
Just like in the U.S. 120V, 60Hz. Your appliances, chargers, etc. will work fine.
"Does Villa La Estancia have an on-site Doctor?"
Yes, the doctor's clinic is located on-site with an English speaking doctor open 24 hours a day. In addition, a hospital is 5 minutes away from the resort, and there is ambulance service.
"Is tipping typical at Villa La Estancia?"
Although not required, the resort staff works hard to make your stay a pleasant one, and they appreciate gratuities.
"Are safe deposit boxes available?"
Yes, they are in the Suites.
"How can I get more information about Cabo San Lucas and the surrounding area?"

The Desert Spa and Fitness Center includes 31,000 square feet of tranquility making it the largest spa and wellness facility in the state of Baja California Sur. It has the most advanced leading hydrotherapy and relaxation spaces available, along with the friendliest and most accommodating professional staff. The adjoined fitness center is 4,500 square feet making it unique in its ample size and quantity of equipment.

This exclusive wellness facility offers its guests a multitude of services and treatments to achieve ultimate relaxation and health. These include but are not limited to: Baja inspired body treatments and facials, signature massages, trademark foot and hand care, romantic adventures, group exercise classes, personal training and more.

· Room charge and all major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment at the Desert Spa. As a company policy, cash is not accepted as a form of payment.
· We request the courtesy of a six hour notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Otherwise you will be responsible for 50% of the treatment charge.
· The hotel will not be responsible for any lost or stolen objects during your visit to the Desert Spa. We strongly recommend that you do not bring valuables with you to the facility.
· Fitness Center facilities are only available for those 16 years of age and older.

What is the Kids Club and how does it work?
Kids in Paradise is a fully supervised Kids Club to ensure that your children are occupied and safe, should you want some time for yourself. The resorts highly trained, child-certified staff provides age specific activities daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for children ages 4 to 12. Your reservations for Kids Club should be made 24 hours in advance. Contact our Resort Entertainment Office.
